Empowering you to navigate trauma, anxiety, grief, and life transitions.

When you are carrying the weight of trauma, overwhelming anxiety, or the heavy grief of a major life transition, simply taking the first step toward healing can feel exhausting. Whether you are feeling stuck in your career, navigating a profound life change, or trying to process painful past experiences, you do not have to carry it alone. I help clients navigate these complex challenges by creating a safe, highly collaborative, and judgment-free space where you can truly be heard. Healing is not a one-size-fits-all process, and I believe in treating the whole person—mind and body. I have extensive training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and frequently use it alongside Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic (body-based) practices to help untangle past traumas and calm the nervous system. I also weave in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Nonviolent Communication (NVC) to help you build practical tools for managing daily anxiety and understanding your own needs. Whether we are working through deep trauma, figuring out your next career steps, or finding grounding amidst grief, we will move at a pace that feels safe and respectful to you. Together, we can build a path toward resilience, clarity, and a deeper connection to yourself.

Healing with Compassion, Understanding, and Intention.

If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or caught in repeating patterns, you deserve gentle, effective support that truly helps... support that honors your experiences and helps you feel safer, steadier, and more confident over time. My clients find a warm, welcoming space where they can slow down, explore what’s fueling the stress, and begin to untangle the patterns that keep pulling them back. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Bachelor’s in Family Services from Brigham Young University and a Master’s in Global Social Work from the University of Utah. I take a holistic, trauma-informed approach, integrating somatic-based work to help clients reconnect with their bodies and better understand how life experiences are held physically, emotionally, and neurologically. I have a deep respect for the complex layers that come with difficult or complicated backgrounds and create a space where clients can safely explore and process those experiences at their own pace. My clinical experience spans a variety of mental health settings, including treatment centers, hospitals, private practice, and resettlement programs. This breadth allows me to work with diverse populations and a wide range of concerns, always prioritizing safety, trust, and each client’s unique healing process. Outside of the office, I enjoy running, being in the sun, traveling with my husband, and finding meaningful ways to be involved in my community!

Helping children and adolescents thrive emotionally and socially through understanding and empowerment.

Hi, I'm Kirsten Greenfield, a licensed therapist with a passion for helping school-age children thrive emotionally, socially, and academically. I specialize in working with kids who are struggling with behavioral challenges, anxiety, OCD, those who have experienced trauma and school-related difficulties—including school avoidance and refusal. Before entering private practice, I worked as a school social worker and elementary counselor for five years, giving me a deep understanding of the academic environment and school systems. I bring this experience into my therapeutic work to help children feel more confident, capable, and supported both in and out of the classroom. I believe that therapy should be a place where kids feel understood and empowered. I also work closely with parents and caregivers to provide tools, insights, and strategies that support progress outside of sessions. If you’re looking for a compassionate, skilled, and practical approach to help your child thrive, I’m here to support your family every step! I am formally trained in TF-CBT (Trauma Focused- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions). I use evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, ACT, and Solution-Focused Therapy to support emotional regulation, behavior change, and healthy communication. I also offer Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and other parent-focused modalities. When needed, I incorporate Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) skills to help children manage anxiety and OCD symptoms.

Helping individuals and families cope with life transitions, anxiety, depression, addictions, and other life challenges.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have 20 plus years of experience. My main focus is on improving relationships as a means of overcoming addictions, dealing with life’s challenges, managing depression and anxiety, and coping with mental health roadblocks. In our relationships, we often get “stuck” in behavioral patterns that are very difficult to escape. In therapy I help individuals, couples and families learn to create new, healthy patterns of interaction from an emotional approach. My hope is that my clients can find the satisfaction that they long for in their relationships, and learn to manage life’s problems well. I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy, ACT, DBT, IFS, and Lifespan Integration Therapy. I work and reside in South Jordan, Utah. I love spending time outside with my wife and six children.

Helping anxious humans through eating disorders and gender dysphoria.

Maybe you're exhausted from constantly thinking about food, your body, or whether you're "good enough." Perhaps anxiety is keeping you on edge, perfectionism has left you feeling behind, or you're trying to understand who you are while navigating questions about your faith, gender, or identity. You don't have to figure it all out alone. Therapy can be a place to slow down, feel understood, and begin creating a life that feels more authentic, connected, and fulfilling. I specialize in working with teens and adults experiencing eating disorders, body image concerns, anxiety, perfectionism, and gender dysphoria. My approach is warm, collaborative, and affirming because I believe healing begins when every part of you is met with curiosity, compassion, and acceptance. Some sessions may involve conversation, while others include art, movement, bilateral stimulation, or experiential activities that help you experience change rather than just talk about it. My work is informed by training in experiential therapy, gender-affirming care, memory reconsolidation, Internal Family Systems (IFS), schema therapy, and intuitive eating. I am an Eating Disorder Informed Professional (EDIP), have completed the Utah Transgender Treatment Certification, and am currently working toward becoming a Certified Eating Disorders Specialist (CEDS). Whether you're healing your relationship with food, navigating trauma, or embracing your identity, I'll help you take up space, reconnect with yourself, and live authentically.

A space to feel heard, find your footing, and move toward meaningful change.

You don't have to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. Maybe you're feeling overwhelmed, navigating a difficult relationship, carrying experiences from your past, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself. Whatever brings you here, you deserve a space where you can show up exactly as you are. I'm a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, and my approach is warm, down-to-earth, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I believe therapy should feel like a genuine conversation rather than sitting across from someone who simply nods and takes notes. I'll listen without judgment, ask thoughtful questions, offer honest feedback, and help you develop practical tools that extend beyond our sessions. I specialize in anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions, working with individuals and couples. My approach incorporates Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Polyvagal Theory, cognitive behavioral techniques, and the Gottman Method for couples. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, we'll find what works for you. Living and working in Park City has also shaped how I think about healing. I believe movement, nature, and connection can be powerful parts of emotional well-being. Through Path & Presence Therapy, I offer a more personalized experience, including opportunities for walk-and-talk therapy and the calming presence of my dogs during sessions. Working with me means you won't have to navigate everything alone. We'll make room for the difficult conversations, celebrate progress, and sometimes find humor along the way. My goal isn't to tell you how to live your life. It's to help you better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, and move forward with greater confidence, clarity, and self-compassion. You don't need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Sometimes the most meaningful changes begin simply by giving yourself permission to pause, reflect, and take a different path.

Therapy for overthinking, anxiety, and relationship patterns—so insight can become real change.

I’m Sarah St.Martin, LCSW, an anxiety and couples therapist in Salt Lake City, Utah. I work with thoughtful, self-aware adults and couples who understand their patterns but are tired of still feeling stuck in them. Many of the people I work with look calm, capable, and put together from the outside. They’re dependable, successful, thoughtful, and often the person everyone else turns to. But underneath that competence, there can be a lot of anxiety. Maybe you replay conversations long after they end, question your decisions, or spend more time than you’d like wondering whether someone is upset with you. You may struggle to rest without feeling guilty, say yes when you really want to say no, or feel responsible for keeping everyone around you okay. You know you’re overthinking. You know you’re people-pleasing. You may even understand exactly where those patterns came from. But knowing why you do something doesn’t always make it easier to stop. That’s where I believe therapy can become more than insight. My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I want therapy to help you understand yourself, but I also want that understanding to translate into your actual life: the boundary you finally set, the decision you make without polling everyone else, the moment you notice yourself starting to spiral and respond differently, or the conversation you approach with more confidence instead of fear. I also work with couples who love each other but keep getting pulled into the same painful cycle. Maybe one person pushes for connection while the other shuts down. Maybe small disagreements turn into much bigger arguments, or you’ve gradually become more distant and don’t know how to find your way back to each other. My couples work is informed by Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an attachment-based approach that helps couples understand the patterns underneath their conflict and create greater emotional safety, trust, and connection. Rather than deciding who is right or wrong, we look at what happens between you and help both partners find new ways of reaching for one another. I also have a special interest in working with first responders and their partners. As the wife of a firefighter, I understand some of the unique rhythms first responder life can create: long shifts, disrupted routines, missed holidays, compartmentalizing, dark humor, and the way work can quietly follow someone home. While I don’t pretend to know firsthand what it is like to do the job, I offer a space where first responders and their partners don’t have to spend half the session explaining the culture before we can talk about how it is affecting them. Before becoming a therapist, I spent years as a professional ballet dancer and yoga instructor. Those experiences gave me a personal understanding of high-performing environments where discipline, perfectionism, achievement, and pushing through discomfort are often rewarded. They also taught me how easy it can be to lose touch with yourself while everything looks successful from the outside. Today, that experience shapes much of the work I do with high-achieving, over-functioning clients. I’m not interested in helping you become more productive, more impressive, or better at pushing through. I want to help you feel more grounded in who you already are. I earned my Master’s Degree in Social Work from Fordham University. I provide in-person therapy in Millcreek, just outside Salt Lake City, as well as secure virtual therapy throughout Utah. Outside of the therapy office, I love teaching yoga, lifting weights, cooking, trying new restaurants with my husband, taking long walks, and unwinding with a good reality show. At the heart of my work is a simple belief: you don’t need to become a different person to feel better. You may simply need help quieting the noise, trusting yourself more, and creating relationships with yourself and others that feel safer, more connected, and more sustainable.
