TelehealthA space to feel heard, find your footing, and move toward meaningful change.
You don't have to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. Maybe you're feeling overwhelmed, navigating a difficult relationship, carrying experiences from your past, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself. Whatever brings you here, you deserve a space where you can show up exactly as you are. I'm a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, and my approach is warm, down-to-earth, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I believe therapy should feel like a genuine conversation rather than sitting across from someone who simply nods and takes notes. I'll listen without judgment, ask thoughtful questions, offer honest feedback, and help you develop practical tools that extend beyond our sessions. I specialize in anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions, working with individuals and couples. My approach incorporates Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Polyvagal Theory, cognitive behavioral techniques, and the Gottman Method for couples. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, we'll find what works for you. Living and working in Park City has also shaped how I think about healing. I believe movement, nature, and connection can be powerful parts of emotional well-being. Through Path & Presence Therapy, I offer a more personalized experience, including opportunities for walk-and-talk therapy and the calming presence of my dogs during sessions. Working with me means you won't have to navigate everything alone. We'll make room for the difficult conversations, celebrate progress, and sometimes find humor along the way. My goal isn't to tell you how to live your life. It's to help you better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, and move forward with greater confidence, clarity, and self-compassion. You don't need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Sometimes the most meaningful changes begin simply by giving yourself permission to pause, reflect, and take a different path.
