I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have 20 plus years of experience. My main focus is on improving relationships as a means of overcoming addictions, dealing with life’s challenges, managing depression and anxiety, and coping with mental health roadblocks. In our relationships, we often get “stuck” in behavioral patterns that are very difficult to escape. In therapy I help individuals, couples and families learn to create new, healthy patterns of interaction from an emotional approach. My hope is that my clients can find the satisfaction that they long for in their relationships, and learn to manage life’s problems well. I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy, ACT, DBT, IFS, and Lifespan Integration Therapy. I work and reside in South Jordan, Utah. I love spending time outside with my wife and six children.
