How to request deletion

1. Email support@therafindutah.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my account.” If you can’t send from that address, use the contact form and include it — we’ll confirm with that address before deleting anything.
2. We reply to confirm. If you have a paid plan, we cancel it so you aren’t billed again.
3. We delete your account and the data below within 30 days of confirming, and email you when it’s done.

Deletion is permanent. If you only want to stop appearing in the directory, you can unpublish your listing from your dashboard or the app instead and keep your account.

What we delete

• Your sign-in (email address and password)
• Your listing: name, credentials and license details, photos, bio, specialties, fees, insurance, contact details and practice address
• Your community activity: posts, comments, votes, event RSVPs, referral requests and responses, endorsements, consult groups you host, your circle and the members you’ve blocked
• Notification settings and app push tokens

What we keep

• Billing records for past subscription payments (held with Stripe), for as long as tax and accounting law requires
• Moderation records, such as reports you filed or that were filed about your posts, in a form that no longer identifies you
• Our email correspondence about your deletion request
